These terms govern your use of Growzy Payment Gateways, a payment infrastructure and wallet software platform operated by Growzy Labs. By creating an account you agree to these terms.

1. The service

Growzy provides payment orchestration software: merchant wallets, UPI payment sessions, deposit verification workflows, withdrawal management, a developer API and integrations. Growzy is not a bank and is not a payment aggregator. Wallet balances represent records in this software system, not bank deposits.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate registration information, verify your email and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity performed with your API keys.

3. Deposits and withdrawals

Deposits are credited only after verification. Submitting a UTR does not by itself credit your wallet. Withdrawals are processed after review and may be rejected with funds (including fees) returned to your wallet. Fees are displayed before you confirm any transaction.

4. Prohibited use

See our Acceptable Use Policy. Illegal activity, fraud and misrepresentation of payments are prohibited and will result in suspension.

5. Availability

We aim for reliable service but do not promise uninterrupted availability. Important operational status is communicated through the platform.

6. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be communicated to registered merchants.
